The course aims to impart basic knowledge of Computer Architecture with an introduction to parallel processing and data transfer techniques. 

Pre-requisites : A knowledge of Digital logic fundamentals

Syllabus 

Data communication and networks is one of core paper in Computer Science and Applications. This paper intends to give an in depth knowledge about the various layers in the networks, design issues, algorithms and protocols. The paper also introduces some new concepts in computer networking and few advanced topics as well.

The course aims to impart knowledge of of concepts of  Database theory and Design, and Implementation techniques and basic ideas of advanced database concepts. It imparts practical knowledge through SQL using any rdbms software

Objective: The course is designed to impart knowledge and skill required to solve real world problems using object-oriented approach utilizing Java language constructs. This course covers the two main parts of Java i.e. Java Language and Java Library After completion of the course students are expected to understand the following- 

  • Java tokens for creating expressions and creating data types. 
  • The way various expressions and data types are assembled in packages.  
  • Implementation of Inheritance, Exception handling and Multithreading in Java. 
  • Java I/O basics and Applets.  Network Programming in Java. 
  • Accessing relational databases from Java program.  Java Servlets.

The following topics will be covered:

1. Nitro compounds ( Aliphatic and Aromatic)

2. Amines ( Aliphatic and Aromatic)

3. Diazo compounds
